Judicial Board & Community Board

The judicial system is administrated by judicial coordinators, and cases are heard by two main bodies, Judicial Board and Community Board. Certain residence hall staff members are also given the authority to adjudicate some minor cases. Judicial Board is a group of 15 students appointed by the Student Seante and authorized by the College to determine whether a student has violated the rules and regulations and to impose sanctions. Community Board is a group of individuals (nine faculty members and six students) authorized by the College to hear defined categories of cases and to review cases heard by the Judicial Board. Please refer to the Student Regulations, Policies, and Procedures for specific details on the judicial process.
