Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

The assistant to the president for equity, diversity, and inclusion recommends policies, practices, and programs to the president that promote non-discrimination. The Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion provides information on College policies, practices, and grievance procedures to any member of the College community and makes referrals to other appropriate offices and committees. Oberlin’s non-discrimination policies include an affirmative action plan, a Title IX athletic policy, a sexual offense policy, and an equal employment opportunity policy.
